I've never used it but I do know that tickets for Lord of the Rings for a Thurs matinee are £31.50 yet I only paid £24 from See Tickets. I would use See or try the box office of the theatre. If you use Ticketmaster they put on a big booking fee (can be an extra £5 per ticket!)
