Try tickets.com. They have tickets available in December.
I used them recently and they are reliable and have genuine tickets. I paid face value and was not charged any commission. Their customer service is also very good.

The ticket office in Leicester Square sells tickets for certain shows half price, shows change everyday.
So keep in touch with them and when its Les Miserables turn get them half price.
